Home Equity Conversion Mortgages
Tuesday, April 23 5:30 p.m. PDT Via Zoom Some Washington Commons members have discovered advantages for them in utilizing the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage for Purchase Program (H4P) also known as reverse mortgages. Utilizing this program has provided financial flexibility to enable them to better utilize their equity and investments. The H4P program is available to individuals 62 and older. In this information session we’ll hear from one of these members, Barbara Scott, from David Carter of Mutual of Omaha, and from Tom Mead, of Washington Commons’ Financial Team. Find out whether this might be an approach that could work for you in purchasing a new home in Washington Commons. |
